Spring Cleaning. We all recognize that there’s something about the natural energy of spring that supports our desire to clean up and clear out. We desire to lighten the accumulation of winter, and spring is a time of increased energy to do just that.

Ayurveda views seasonal transitions to be important opportunities for cleansing and rejuvenation. The transition from winter to spring is a time to clear the excess heavy and cold qualities and weight that have accumulated throughout the winter and spring, and which unchecked lead to seasonal colds, allergies, and excess weight. During this weekend workshop we’ll take an Ayurvedic, food-based approach to cleansing and rejuvenation, a gentle effective approach will leave you feeling clearer, cleaner, and renewed.
