a Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat

Los Cabos, Mexico | March 16-23, 2019

Where desert meets sea. This setting on the beautiful Baja Peninsula of Mexico is the perfect place to usher in spring, renew your spirit after the long winter, and replenish your ojas (Ayurveda’s view of the vital juice of life). Daily yoga practices, golden sand beaches, stunning surf, desert arroyos, rocky outcroppings, whale watching, and more are set at Prana del Mar, a deluxe and eco-friendly wellness center.

Yoga & Ayurveda are often described as sister sciences. When practiced together, these two symbiotic modalities bring physical, energetic, and mental balance to your daily life and help you feel better! This session introduces the practice of Yoga asana through the lens of Ayurveda. You'll build strength and flexibility, learn safe alignment and different categories of yoga postures, and begin to experience the stress-reducing and mind-quieting contemplative practices of yoga and meditation.
