fall rejuvenation

an ayurvedic rejuvenation cleanse
weekend workshop November 8-10, 2019

The transition from summer to fall is the perfect seasonal queue to cleanse and rejuvenate. The internal heat of summer the body has retained needs to make its way out (what happens when you add wind to fire?), and we need to build our vital essences that will carry us through the drying and cooling transition through fall to winter. We’ll take an ayurvedic approach to cleansing and rejuvenation, a gentle effective approach will leave you feeling clearer, cleaner, and renewed.

ayurvedic consultations

Ayurveda, often translated as 'The Science of Life', is an ancient system of healing from India. This holistic system looks at how the five elements manifest uniquely in each individual and treats imbalances based on your unique constitution. The result? A modality that 'sees' you as a person, and not as your symptoms or disease.

The bodhisattva-warrior makes a vow to wake up not just for [her]self, but for the welfare of all beings.
