Practice helps us develop the tools to walk on the peaceful path of the yogi warrior; a path that requires our fierce compassion, determination, and our commitment to right action. Using Paulo Coelho's Warrior of the Lightwe'll weave the techniques of yoga into a practice, that nourishes, fortifies, and challenges you as training for life off the mat. Previous yoga experience is recommended for this level II/III class.

You'll build strength and flexibility, learn safe alignment and different categories of yoga postures, and beginng to experience the stress-reducing and mind-quieting contemplative practices of yoga and meditation.

When practiced together, these two symbiotic modalities bring physical, energetic, and mental balance to your daily life and help you feel better! This session introduces the practices of Ayurveda that create daily wellness; cultivate more physical, energetic, and mental resiliency; and support your yoga practice. You'll be introduced to the 5 Element System of Ayurveda, learn how your birth constitution informs your health, and utilize yoga to have more energy, stay healthier, and feel more yourself!

he transition from summer to fall is the perfect seasonal cue to cleanse and rejuvenate. It's time to eliminate the internal heat of summer that the body has accumulated, and to build the vital essences that will carry us through the drying and cooling transition from fall to winter. We’ll take an Āyurvedic approach to cleansing and rejuvenation, a gentle effective method that will leave you feeling clearer, cleaner, and renewed.
 
This weekend workshop will explore ways to purify and support the physical body, balance the energetic body, and clarify the mind using the sciences of Yoga & Āyurveda. A fall rejuvenation cleanse is an important way to keep the illnesses and depletion that occur during seasonal shifts at bay. This workshop will explore dietary and lifestyle support for detoxification, reflection, asana, pranayama, and meditation. Join us for a weekend of giving your Self the gift of lightening up.

The Ayurvedic Fall Rejuvenation Cleanse includes:
Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle teachings, Ayurvedic cooking class, asana practice, pre and post-cleanse practices, recipes, and shopping list.
A group experience to offer support and camaraderie during the cleansing process.
