Where will yoga take you?

On an Ayurvedic elemental retreat situated on a historic estate centered in the Tuscan countryside. We’ll gather in the picturesque surroundings of an elegant 800-year-old villa amidst rolling hills, vineyards, and olive groves.

Connect with your elemental nature on the beautiful hiking trails woven throughout the estate or floating in the gorgeous saltwater pool under orchards and cypresses. Soak up the Tuscan sun. Nourish your body and mind with asana, pranayama, meditation, and nidra in the delightful yoga shala.

And the food. Did we mention the food? Invite your senses to partake of the 5 elements and six tastes of astounding Italian cuisine from a local organic and biodynamic farm.

This journey is one of exploring the elemental medicine of Tuscany. Nourishing Yoga practices, Ayurvedic teachings, days spent relaxing on the estate, excursions exploring historic Tuscan cities. All in the company of friends on the path.

What past retreat participants say…

Kara did an outstanding job looking out for all of us. From planning self care, pre-flight, excursions, events, keeping an eye on us all, post-flight or whatever else came up, she was on it all the time. So intuitive for the needs of others. Such a beautiful gift she has, it was such a pleasure for me to witness someone with such love and caring for her group. Kara is the best guide, teacher, that I have ever seen. I would highly recommend going with Kara on her retreats anywhere, anytime. She is that good.

Kara has the genuine ability to know exactly what her students need to nurture themselves. The yoga and meditation practice supports both the mind and body, the food, talks and excursions furthers that support while deepening the experience. Her support doesn’t end when daily sessions or the retreat comes to a conclusion but continues in as much or as little as the individual is ready for.

Retreats are an opportunity to grow. Kara will take you deep in ways you won't expect...you always come out of a retreat a better, stronger, more grounded human.
