We love Arnica Cream for relief of muscle pain + stiffness, swelling from injuries, and discoloration from bruises.
Light and unscented, this moisturizing cream is ideal to massage sore muscles and joints, such as wrists, shoulders, knees, and aching feet and backs.
Apply a thin layer of Arnica Cream to affected area and massage gently. For bruising, apply immediately on affected area. It also works well blended with our Muscle & Joint Oil.
Repeat 3 times a day or as needed. If heat or ice is applied, wait 5 minutes before applying.

inactive ingredients: alcohol, caprylyl glycol, carbomer, cetyl palmitate, glycerin, lauroyl macrogolglycerides, pegoxol-7 stearate, purified water, sodium hydroxide, sorbic acid, 1,2 hexanediol.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture.
