In Sanskrit, the word “kantha” means rags, referring to old saris (the principal garment of women worn in India ) and other pieces of discarded fabric.

Each pouch is made from 100% recycled sillk kantha textiles, and features a handmade tassel and zipper closure. Colors and patterns are all one-of-a-kind and will vary. If you have a color preference leave a note at checkout and we’ll do our best to find a match for you.
