Used to support relaxation of the muscular system and support the functioning of the nervous system. Use before bed, rolled along the spine or on legs and feet that are prone to night time cramping. Carry with you to use during the day if you experience cramping or tingling sensations.
This oil is not to be used on children. Best for adults age 18 and above.
